Our Birch style is a 2-bedroom that features 1 bath and measures 840 square feet. There is an island between the kitchen and dining room that makes for great entertaining and extra counter space. The bedrooms are equal in size and both feature a large closet. It has wood flooring in the living area and plush carpeting in the bedrooms. This style also allows for outdoor enjoyment from the private patio/balcony that also features a private storage area. All apartments come with Spectrum cable TV and WiFi provided. **A/C & heat are not provided in this style.
